Lucie Tekis is a 28-yea-old mum-of-four from the South Coast in NSW. And this incredible mum has lost 40kg in 12 months by following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
In fact, she’s gone down from a size 18 to a size 8! And she’s also noticed her energy levels have increased, she feels fitter, stronger and much happier within herself than she did before.
“I was eating my emotions and ended up bigger than I was in any of my pregnancies. One day, I decided I needed to focus on myself and become the best version of me for myself and my kids! So I did.”

“On the left, I was failing miserably with my health. In fact, I gained another 10kg+ more than that photo. I don’t have a photo of myself at my heaviest as I was embarrassed, in denial and heavier than I was at full term of all four of my pregnancies,” she says.

What a typical day on a plate looks like for Lucie
Breakfast – porridge or raisin toast.
Lunch – leftover dinner or salad dinner – usually a Healthy Mummy recipe (I only eat low GI carbs through the day) no carbs after 2pm!
Snacks – fruit, nut bars, popcorn, rice crackers, yogurt.
